not the receiver. WonderFax delivers this fantastic service to
you at no cost by taking our income from call cost though the
inter connection agreement we have with UK line providers such
as BT. We earn our income via the sender, who pays
for the call to send a fax
anyway.

How
much do the calls cost to Fax to Email numbers?
9.5 pence per minute from BT landlines. Other providers may
vary.
How
does the sender know how much it is going to cost them?
The costs are listed in the BT telephone directory.
How
long does the average fax take?
On average, the first page takes 45 seconds and every page there
after takes 35 seconds.
What
happens if I change my email address?
You simply have to login to your account using your fax number
and password to change your email address. Your fax number
will still be your number but just be linked to your new email
address.
How do
I sign up for the Wonder Fax to Email service?
Simply fill in the signup form on the
home page!
How
long before my number is ready to use after registration?
Setup is instant! You simply have to confirm your email
and receive a fax to activate your number.
Can I
receive faxes on any computer?
Yes, if you can access your email, you will be able to view your
faxes. This can be done anywhere in the world.
Can I
forward a received fax to one or more people?
You can forward the fax attachment to multiple recipients by
sending it - as you would normally-with any other email.
Do I
keep my fax number for life?
Yes, provided you receive at least 6 faxes every 180 days. You
will receive a warning email prior to the number being
reclaimed.
Do I
need to install any special software?
No, faxes are sent to you as an email attachment, as a PDF.
Can I
use it outside of the UK?
From most international countries yes, sender must dial 0044871,
unfortunately some countries and some operators don't support
0871 numbers. Try one and see!
Can I
change the email address my faxes go to?
Yes, simply login with your fax no and password and you will see
your account details; you can change your email address there!
